Dove Vinyl Window's Lifetime Warranty

This is to certify that all vinyl replacement windows manufactured by Graef are warranted against any defect in material or workmanship under normal use and service for the life of the window, from date of installation, under the following schedule.

Finish: Factory-applied finishes are warranted against flaking, cracking, or blistering. Vinyl products are warranted not to pit corrode, or crack under normal use and service. If these conditions occur, Dove Industries will supply the selling dealer repaired or replacement parts at no charge.

Glass: Dove Industries fully warrants the insulated glass, including internal grids, for the life of the window under normal use and service from date of installation. Insulating glass will be free from material obstruction of vision resulting from film formation or dust collection on the internal glass surfaces caused by failure of the hermetic seal as outlined in Federal Specifications DD-04516. Maximum liability under this warranty shall be the repair and delivery of replacement lites of insulated glass FOB its authorized dealer. Insulated glass and SSB and DSB thickness glass have a range of allowable imperfections in accordance with Federal Government Specifications DD-04516. Maximum liability under this portion of warranty shall be one year and consist of the repair or replacement, FOB its authorized dealer of any glass lites that do not conform to government specifications.

Condensation on glass which may occur as the natural result of humidity within the house or building area and interior/exterior temperature differential, does not indicate a defect in the window.

Defective Parts: All parts are warranted to be free from manufacturer's defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use and service. During this period, replacement parts will be supplied at no charge to dealer upon return of defective part.

Dove Industries makes no other expressed or implied representation or warranty of any kind regarding its products. Dove Industries will not be responsible for freight labor costs of any kind or for removal or reinstallation of its products under any circumstances. Dealers are not authorized to change or add to this warranty.

Dove Industries is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from any defect. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
